Since we receive your order, it usually leaves our warehouses within a maximum period of 24 hours. Orders placed after 18:00 p.m. will normally be shipped the next business day. If for any reason your order has been delayed and you still have not received it, please contact us and we will find a solution as soon as possible. Keep in mind that transit times may vary depending on the destination.

At PerilSole we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their new sunglasses and to show them to the rest of the world. Therefore, if when you receive them they are not as expected or you regret it for any reason, you have 14 days to contact us and proceed with the exchange or return. So that there is no problem with the return, it is essential that you return everything to us in perfect condition. We can only accept the return if the merchandise is absolutely unused and in its original condition. The total amount will be refunded minus shipping costs when these have been borne by us. In the event that an error has occurred on our part, we will proceed to make the change at no cost or refund the full amount. You can check our return policy here.
You can refund orders by visiting My Account> View Order> Refund My Order> section. Please complete the included returns form and a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the return reaches us. Once accepted, we'll refund you within 1-3 business days. For refunds we use the same payment method used for the original transaction. For international shipments, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
