Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all destinations in the countries of the European Union EU. All shipments are certified. For the rest of destinations, consult your checkout. You can check all the information about your shipment in the Tracking track.

When will my order arrive?

Since we receive your order, it is usual for it to leave our warehouses within a maximum period of 24 hours. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will normally be shipped the next business day. If for any reason your order has been delayed and you still have not received it, contact us and we will find a solution as soon as possible. Keep in mind that transit times may vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

At PerilSole we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their new sunglasses and to show them to the rest of the world. Therefore, if when you receive them they are not as expected or you regret for any reason, you have 14 days to contact us and proceed with the exchange or return. So that there is no problem with the return, it is essential that you return everything to us in perfect condition, the total amount will be refunded less the shipping costs when they have been borne by us. In the event that an error has occurred on our part, we will proceed to the change without any cost or the refund of the full amount. You can check our return policy here.

Returning a Purchase

You can refund orders by visiting them in the section My account> View Order> Refund my Order>. Complete the enclosed return form and a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the return arrives. Once accepted, we will refund you in 1-3 business days. For refunds we use the same payment method used for the original transaction. For international shipments, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Customs

Before making any international shipment, we recommend that you inform yourself about the restrictions and taxes imposed by each customs office. Customs expenses are borne by the recipient. If there are customs restrictions, to receive the package the recipient must pay the taxes, duties and fees that the laws of the country collect.

Where do your sunglasses come from?

All our products are original and come directly from the manufacturer to our warehouses. We are authorized distributors and we only buy our products directly from the main supplier. We deliver your sunglasses as they leave the factory, with all their original components, cases or accessories.

Where does the name 'PerilSole' come from?

Per il Sole is a phrase in Italian that means ‘for the sun’, the star that illuminates our planet and, therefore, our lives. Designed as a supernatural phenomenon or as deities in many ancient cultures, since prehistoric times, the sun has often inspired the pen of artists, poets, and writers.
